Freeseven guides

Is it for you

Twenty serious people beat two hundred curious ones.

This is for you if

  • You have five to fifteen years in oil and gas: reservoir, production, completions, drilling, facilities, geoscience, operations or HSE.
  • You have been at the same level for three years or more and your last raise did not match your contribution.
  • You want to move company, basin or country and want a sequence, not a list of job boards.
  • You will do two to three hours between sessions and show up live.

Not for you if

  • You are a student or new graduate. Start with the free guides; the cohort will be here when you have a few years in.
  • You want someone to write your résumé for you. You will write it. Yoshi will tear it apart, kindly.
  • You expect a job guarantee. Nobody honest sells one.

Not a stranger to your industry

People already show up for Yoshi’s calls.

Before there was a cohort, there were free Calendly slots. Over a hundred people booked them. When she added a fee, every dollar went to Permian Basin charities. These are her own posts, unedited.

0career calls taken before the cohort existed, with an 85% show-up rate over the holidays.

Application · founding cohort

Eight questions. Then twenty minutes with Yoshi.

No payment on this page. The application tells Yoshi where you are; the call decides whether the cohort is the right tool for it.

Questions

Before you ask.

Who is this for, exactly?

Oil and gas professionals with roughly five to fifteen years in: reservoir, production, completions, drilling, facilities, geoscience, operations, HSE, and the commercial roles around them. If you are stuck at the same level, underpaid for what you deliver, or want to move company, basin or country, it is for you.

When are the sessions?

One 90-minute live session a week for six weeks, on Monday evenings US Central so people in the Permian, Houston, Calgary and the Gulf can make it. The founding cohort runs 26 October to 30 November 2026. Recordings go up the same night.

What does it cost and when do I pay?

The founding cohort is $697, one payment, for twenty seats. You pay only after the fit call, inside the five-day enrolment window. From cohort two the price is $1,497.

I am a student or a new graduate. Can I join?

Not this cohort. The material assumes you have a track record to reposition. Start with the seven free guides on the main site, and come to the free webinars: they are open to everyone.

What if I cannot attend a session live?

You get the recording and the worksheet, and you can bring your questions to the next session. The hot-seat only happens live.

Is there a guarantee?

No job guarantee, because nobody honest can give one. What you get is a coach who has done the switch herself: laid off after ten years in the industry and rebuilt into four roles in twelve months, and who reads every application personally.

Why an application and a call?

Because free advice gets no-shows, and a room of twenty people who are serious is worth more than a room of two hundred who are curious. The call is for both sides.

Who is behind this?

IronLady Energy Advisors, Yoshi’s consulting and education company in Midland, Texas. Questions: reply to any email from the cohort, or write to yogashri1126@gmail.com.
